What does soft clumping cat litter mean?

"Soft clumping" cat litter means that the litter forms soft clumps which are very different to the hard clumps formed by clay cat litter. OLUV is completely natural - it has no additives or chemicals added to make it clump. It works differently to clay cat litter in that you have to use a solid scoop to remove the "soft" clumps rather than one with holes in it.

Cats natural instinct is to rake in their litter - cats love the texture of OLUV and enjoy raking in it we would recommend a high sided tray and a 5cm depth of litter.
